SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All orders here at Dushi Trade are processed upon confirmation of payment. Since all products are hand-crafted, please allow 5-7 business days for order to be shipped! You will be notified via when order ships. Please feel free to email us if you have questions about your order.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING:
We will work to make sure all orders are received before December 25th, but because of the production time needed to fulfill order, please keep this in mind when placing orders for the holiday season. To ensure that all holiday orders are received by December 24th, our "assurance" dates are as follows:
* UPS Ground shipments should be placed no later than December 16th.
* USPS Priority & UPS 2nd Day shipments, please have orders placed no later than December 18th.
* All international orders should be in no later than December 11th to ensure they reach your country in time for Christmas.
REGULAR SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF THE HOLIDAY SEASON):
Dushi Trade uses USPS and UPS for shipping.

CUSTOMS DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Packages shipped internationally will go through your respective Customs Department. Some countries will charge customs fees for goods purchased outside your own country, and you must pay those fees before you can receive your jewelry. Also, remember that many countries will tax only luxury items such as jewelry, so you may have to pay custom fees for jewelry that you haven't on different purchases from the same country. We are not responsible for your custom fees. They are a tax on you by your country. Please do not ask Dushi Trade to falsify US custom forms which must be completed, including the value of the jewelry being shipped. It is illegal to falsify a US Customs form. This is true for Canada as well as other countries although in Canada because of NAFTA, you may be able to file a claim and get reimbursed (you must do that however; Dushi Trade cannot).
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES:
All sales are final. Under some circumstances, a return may be issued for an exchange or a store credit. This will only be done on a case-to-case basis. Customers must first contact . If a return is approved, a return authorization code will be issued and proper documentation (e.g. invoice and purchased product) will be requested. Return items will not be accepted unless prior authorization is given by Dushi Trade.
CANCELLATIONS:
Because each item for Dushi Trade is custom made after confirmation of payment, there is a 24 hour cancellation window then production promptly begins. Please contact us IMMEDIATELY within this time frame if you need to cancel or you will be obligated to purchase.
REPAIR POLICY:
If a damaged item is received, you must notify us no later than 7 days after the delivery in order to be eligible for no-charge repair. Repairs outside of 7 days following delivery are subject to the availability of materials, type of materials and degree of repair. Please e-mail us at orders@dushitrade.com with the issue, and you will be quoted a repair fee, if there is one.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
"I don't have pierced ears, but I still would love to purchase a pair of earring?"
"Can the necklace be a longer/ shorter length?"
"I like that gold earring style, but I only wear silver."
No problem! Dushi Trade does custom orders. Most of our earring designs can be made in clip-on, and our necklace lengths can be customized according to your needs. We also produce pieces not shown in our catalogue.
