Product Description

Truly a Creole form, the music genre of son cubano is the product of the combination of the structure and elements of African rhythms from Bantu and Arara percussions, Spanish cancion and Spanish guitar. Son Cubano was first developed in the late 1800s in the eastern cities of Guantanamo and Santiago and made its way over to Havana by the 1900s. Some of the typical instruments used in composing son cubano are guitar, the double bass, trumpet, bongo, claves and the maracas.

3" long antique gold chain earrings accented with red Czech glass beads and antique gold disks.
